"Let's talk about clothes. This is not a fashion blog, so usually I try to avoid excessive sartorial commentary here, but I finally understood, clear as crystal, the direct correlation between my moods and my clothing choices. I don't mean 'mood' in a limited, quotidian way (happy, sad, etc.). I mean sort of overarching moods, tempered by literature and music and context and all the other factors which together build up the whole of one's experience. Mood as the total sum of the imprints left on one's mind."
